The subscription clock starts when a phone first checks in, not now, so keys can be sold ahead of time without the driver losing days. Add a phone number to be able to message the driver about renewals.

Upload a release

The SHA-256 is computed from the uploaded bytes and is what every phone checks its download against. Uploads land as drafts — install one on a real phone before publishing. Setting minimum supported makes older builds stop auto-accepting until they update; use it for a build that misclicks, not one you merely want replaced. The version number must be the APK's own — phones check it before installing, and refuse a file whose version does not match.
